Diabetes mellitus is commonly known as diabetes or sugar. It is a very common disease which doesn’t affect only one age group of people but any person of any age group can be affected by this.  A hormone known as “insulin” is very important for our body as it helps in storing sugar in our cells for future requirement. With diabetes, either there is not sufficient insulin or our body can’t make the effective use of insulin. If you are affected with diabetes then the sugar directly gets into the bloodstream. In this type of diabetes, your body becomes resistant to insulin, and sugar keeps on building up in the blood.

Causes of Diabetes

This type of diabetes is a result of inefficiency of the body to effectively use insulin. Whether in small or in the large amount your body just can’t deal with insulin.
